I started this blog in June of 2009 (see my very first post here) to chronicle my life as a full-time, stay-at-home mom to my daughter.  What I thought was a simple outlet to practice my writing through short anecdotes about home life became a full-blown project with connections to other moms, bloggers, twitter users, and even famous parenting advocates!

Through Online Confessions of a Stay-at-Home Mom, I hope to share stories of what I've learned at home, my daughter's adventures and discoveries (like this one here), show you the foodie adventures I have with my hubby (such as this one here), really scary and unforgettable stories of our lives like when we were ravaged by a flood in September 2009 (see article here), and even learnings I've gained from my life as a full time housewife, first time and stay-at-home mom.

I hope you enjoy my posts (and possibly learn valuable lessons from them) as I continue to learn more about positive parenting, raising a family, bonding with my child, and even about the blogging world and the social Internet.    Who knows?  This blog might, one day, just evolve into a valuable resource for some high quality articles on parenting, family, motherhood, and the like.  That is my vision for this blog.  I still have a long way to go to being adept at this but as long as you like the articles, enjoy my stories, then that's one of the things that will keep this blog going.

I bid you Godspeed, for now.  But I do hope you come back and see me again.  Be well!
